1. Booking & Confirmation

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. The booking is confirmed only after the deposit has been received and you have received a written confirmation from us via email.

2. Payment Options

Online Payment: After confirming your booking, we will send you a secure payment link via Stripe or SumUp.

Cash Payment: The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day of the event unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • 3.1. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • 3.2. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for any refund.

4. Participant Responsibility

  • 4.1. Participants must behave respectfully. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without a refund.
  • 4.2. Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance and personal belongings.

5. Legal Disclaimer

  • 5.1. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
  • 5.2. The operator is not responsible for injuries to the client or any other event participant.
  • 5.3. The rights and obligations of the operator and the client, which are not specifically regulated in these terms and conditions, are governed by Czech generally binding legal regulations, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act as amended.
  • 5.4. Possible disputes can also be resolved out of court.
  • 5.5. These general terms and conditions take effect on 25/02/2024 and the operator reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

6. GDPR & Privacy

We process your data only for booking, communication, and secure payment via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, SumUp) where required. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing: in**@****************ng.com
